If you carry an iPhone, forget the APK talk you see in Android guides. That file type simply does not run on iOS. What you can do is open the site in Safari and pin it to your home screen, which gives you an icon and a full-screen view. This page shows how, plus what to double-check first.
Why there is no APK on iPhone
APK is the install format for Android. Apple devices run a different system, and apps normally come via the App Store. The brand site shows an app download, but we could only confirm the Android APK side, so we make no claim about an App Store version. If the site lists an iOS option when you visit, follow it from the brand's own page and nowhere else.
Be wary of anyone who sends a profile, a certificate or a link that promises an iPhone version outside the brand's site. Those can expose your device and data. The app hub covers the safe approach in general.
The Safari shortcut: Add to Home Screen
Safari lets you save a site as a home-screen icon. It is not a separate app, but it opens quickly and hides the address bar, which many readers prefer. Because it loads the same web version, the content matches what the brand shows in a browser.
Steps differ a little between iOS versions, though the share button and an Add to Home Screen entry are the usual route. Use the address you typed or bookmarked yourself, as explained in our guide to bookmarking the right link.
Keeping your iPhone account tidy
Log in only on the brand's own page. If Safari offers to save a password, make sure the address bar shows the right domain first. Turn on a screen lock and Face ID or a passcode, so no one else can open the shortcut and reach your balance.
Having trouble signing in? Read the login guide. If you are on Android as well, see the Android APK page.
When something looks off
Slow pages or odd pop-ups are often a browser issue. Update iOS, close other tabs and clear Safari website data for the site. If a page asks for your OTP outside a normal login, stop and review OTP scams.
